Restoran Malaysia
One Friday we went to Restoran Malaysia again. I don¡¯t know how many times I¡¯ve been there in total, but I still like their food and service. I love their roti. We always like to order a curry entree and a roti so that we can dip the roti with the curry. YUMMM¡ I ordered the Malaysian curry chicken¡ compared to the Thai red curry chicken, I prefer the Malaysian one - more rich. They¡¯re just different¡ or maybe in a hot day, I will choose the Thai one.
Aside, I think with their renovation, this place will become a pretty good place for a dating dinner - dimmer light, not too expensive (help the guys who are going broke lol). Suggested to a friend recently and they liked this place.

Terrible service. We arrived at 5pm for an early (Birthday) dinner because they DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS. When we got there, the restaurant was pratically empty, but they still sat us by the toilets. We complained and the hostess refused to let us sit at the other empty tables and offered another table also infront of the toilets. EXTREMELY unpleasant service. We definitely will not go back again.

Fabulous food, however prices are a little expensive compared to other asian restaurants

The food is good, but unfortuantely, they do not take reservations. If you arrive early to book a table, they will make you wait until majority of your party is there. Not somewhere you would want to go if you do not want to wait, as the queues do get long.

when i ask my malaysian friend to recommend the most authentic, this is the one.
food quality is consistant and service is great. roti is one of my favourite and the "hoi nam chicken" is very good as well.

Very good. I've had better roti but nothing to complain about. Very tasty food and the nice upgrade to the restaurant will take me back.

This restaurant serves excellent food that is as close to Malaysian food as one can get in the Toronto area.

The taste of the food is not traditional Malaysian, Singaporean or Thai food. The portion is tiny and the price is high.
