Dim sum is $2.20 for small, medium and large dishes. This price is only good Monday to Friday. Not sure what the weekend prices are. The menu is in English/Chinese. You choose the items, however I've gone there twice. And I find it's inconsistent. Some dishes come lukewarm, others you can see the steam on them. The size of the items were small in comparison to other restaurants in the area. Service is good. Both times I went on a weekday around 11am.

This place been renovated with good lighting. For dim sum its not too pricey as for the food its good. "Ghai leung" didn't give alot roll. Overall for 10 small dishes under $30 a ok price especially on a weekend.
