it was a bit cleaner than their previous location but it was still horrible. bad service, food took forever even though there were only like three other tables.

The place is very busy and the service is is fast pace. Yes they do miss on some orders but I had no problem getting what I want when I asked. The food was good and the cleanliness was on par with most small chinese restaurant, it could be better but it is acceptable.

Thank you for the honest reviews...I was thinking about going to this restaurant but decide not to now. I don't want to spoil my evening out by getting sick on bad food...cheers!

The WORST Serviced Hot Pot restaurant. Dow's got the package: bad service and food is not cleaned well. It's a BUFFET for asking to be served and not having food on the table. The dishes you order will not come unless you ask them a couple of times. After waiting for 15mins or more, you ask the waiter Why the food is not here after this long wait? Below are some lame excuses on my first (which will be my LAST) experience @ Dow's.
1. The kitchen must have missed the order sheet. 2. The order sheet must have dropped and is lost. 3. The order was miss placed to another table. And after all that, don't be surprised for not getting any apology what-so-ever for their screw-ups. If you have to go, just make sure you're in a VERY VERY good mood, not hungry, am willing in making repetitive orders and that you are willing to keep trying to get the waiter's attention!!! TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Too bad I can't give off negative stars.

Honestly, this is the worst restaurant that I have ever been, the service is really bad, the attitude of the waiters are really bad, the food is really bad, and there is no way that I will go to there again

I think you are the best hot pot restaurant in Toronto! But if can lower the price to $ 5.99/person, that will be excellent!!! HAHA!!!
