I went there by myself and didn't order much. So, for those who go there on a regular basis, what are the must-try menue at Rol San?
When I went in the Philippines surprisingly I saw lots of dim sum restaurants. There are different carts for type of dishes -- separate carts for desserts, rice dishes, fried dishes, etc. Really interesting!

The dim sum food at Rol San is good, there is a variety of dishes to choose from, sometimes the food is kinda slowly and when it's busy, the line up is annoying!

My favourite for dim sum in Chinatown...the buddha veggie rolls are amazing.

I am from Montreal & have been searching for a dim sum restaurant that is even remotely close to anything back home. This includes the suppossed top places in calgary, vancouver, new york & l.a..
Rol-San is by far the best, both for its dim-sum & its regular menu. In dim-sum one looks for taste, delicacy of flavors and most importantly...consistancy!! Both afternoon and evening menus fall into these catagories! Wait time (in line & tableside) should not be an issue. As for dim-sum dish pricing, for what you receive it is more than reasonable in this high priced city!
